Returns & Refunds for Physical Goods

We adhere strictly to our hygiene policy, therefore, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. However, we do have other policies in place to ensure your satisfaction:

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. However, this right does not apply to items excluded for hygiene reasons.

To be eligible for a return under this policy, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds for Physical Goods

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refund Policy for Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital goods are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

By purchasing a digital product from SloshDog, you agree to the following conditions:

  • No Refunds After Download: Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds will not be granted.
  • Read Product Descriptions Carefully: It is the buyer’s responsibility to read the product description before purchasing. If a product requires additional software, assets, or dependencies, this will be stated on the product page.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties with your digital purchase, please contact support@slosh.dog, and we will do our best to assist you.
  • Duplicate Purchases: In the event of an accidental duplicate purchase of the same digital product, please contact us immediately for review.

SloshDog complies with all applicable U.S. laws regarding digital goods refunds. In rare cases where a refund may be required by law (e.g., fraudulent transactions, non-delivery of product), we will evaluate claims on a case-by-case basis.
