Shipping Locations

SloshDog ships from both the United States and Slovenia. We offer international shipping; however, certain regions may have restrictions or delays due to local regulations. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to specific locations, including Russia and other restricted regions.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 days of purchase.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Options

We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on your location and shipping method selected.

International Shipping

We ship internationally; however, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by their country. Shipping times may vary based on customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any products.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages
